Sendmee is passwordless — there's nothing to remember. Open the app and choose one of three options: sign in with Apple, sign in with Google, or enter your email to receive a one-time magic link. Tap the link from the same device and you're in. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@sendmee.com.
Magic-link emails usually arrive within a minute. If it hasn't, check your spam or promotions folder, make sure you entered the correct address, and confirm emails from sendmee.com aren't blocked. You can request a new link from the sign-in screen, or email support@sendmee.com and we'll help you get in.
First, make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store. If the issue persists, try the following: force-close the app and reopen it, restart your device, or uninstall and reinstall the app. If none of these resolve the issue, email support@sendmee.com with your device model and iOS version.
You can delete your account directly from the app under Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your personal data from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you need help, contact support@sendmee.com.
Codes are single-use and time-limited. If your code has expired or already been used, generate a new one from the Sendmee app. If you believe the code should still be valid, please contact us with the order or delivery reference.
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed in your Apple ID settings: open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions. From there you can change or cancel your Sendmee plan. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Sendmee is currently available in selected regions. You can download the app from the App Store in your region — if it's not listed, we haven't launched there yet. Email hello@sendmee.com and we'll let you know when we expand.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and submit a refund request. For questions specific to your Sendmee account, email support@sendmee.com.
